What will you be doing?
- Caring for our guests, both in person and via phone or email
- Make people feel at home in our office
- Arrange business trip, flight, visa, hotel, etc.
- (Assist in) Organising customer or/and company events
- Ordering office supplies including furniture, phone, laptop, food and drink.
- Manage some contracts with third parties
- Assist in MT’s schedule and meetings
- Arrange office facilities and keep office in the right shape
- Other administrative tasks
Who are you?
- Have Hospitality as your second nature
- Enjoy to handle a very broad range of tasks
- Good time management skills
- Enjoy to organise (business trip, event, etc)
- Have ownership, always go extra mile.
- Good English and Dutch skills, both in oral and written
- Knowledge in MS office software
