Overall purpose of the job:
The compamy is a progressive, dynamic company using client/server software on a PC environment. You will be supporting these systems and the users.
General Accountabilities:
- First and Second line technical support on various platforms
- Account creation and laptop installation
- Fix Application and OS issues remotely
- Follows procedures and regulations which are defined by the IS organization |

- > 3 years experience in a PC-Active Directory environment / Windows /
- Education MBO level with technical direction
- Willing to travel
- Sound command of English is a must, other languages are a plus
