(Sr.) Manufacturing Analyst
As part of the Manufacturing Analytics group provides analytical management support on all manufacturing related aspects (including production, logistics & supply chain topics).
Main “internal customers” are the Management team and middle management.
The challenge:
Manufacturing system analytics & design support
- Delivery system measurement, analytics, design support (Production, logistics, supply chain – but with a focus on production);
- KPI design, introduction and implementation, maintenance & continuous improvement (including dashboards and team boards);
- Value stream map setup, maintenance & resulting improvement proposals;
- Capacity planning, utilization tracking, bottleneck identification & removal, holiday peak (seasonality) management;
- Plant simulation.

- Engineering or science degree on Bachelor or Master level (e.g. industrial engineering, business science, mechanical engineering, operations research, mathematics);
- 4+ years of work experience in a related field (manufacturing analytics, industrial engineering, operational consulting);
- Project leadership experience;
- Proficiency in SQL
- You have excellent analytical & conceptual skills;
- High interpersonal competency - a friendly “user interface” - to seamlessly interface with people across hierarchy levels from the shop floor to senior management;
Nice to have:
- Work experience with suppliers and customers for new product introductions;
- Experience in Visual basic, SAP;
- Experience with the printing industry;
- Ability to think out of the box and take a CEO perspective
- Ability to present clearly and effectively draft and hold senior / executive level management presentations.
