Functie omschrijving

GENERAL SUMMARY
Provides for an effective processing and course of order and logistics flows such as to guarantee timely and cost effective delivery of goods from supplier to customer by controlling the total order flow process, resolving problems, adjusting processes, developing procedures and managing the exceptions.

PRIMARY FUNCTION/MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Attends to the proper definition of orders and takes appropriate actions by researching and resolving problems or complaints regarding inaccurate and/or improper deliveries, damages and claims.
• Supplies all required information and documents in regard to delivery, customs regulation and formalities, transportation/shipping and invoicing.
• Informs the customers about prices, delivery times, content of the order and any other commercial or technical information.
• Process Quotes based on sales or customer input.

Functie eisen

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
• Intermediate-level (MBO) or equivalent in experience
• Minimal 3 years previous experience in general office, accounting, shipping, transportation or customer service
• Knowledge of shipping documents

• Independent, problem solver, can-do mentality
• Customer focused – supporting our customers with the company values in mind
• Great computer skills
• Fluent in English
• At least one other European language, preferable German and/or French
